The PMS Ownership Guarantee

You pay upfront, so the risk sits with us. Here's exactly what each guarantee means. Both are written into your build agreement, along with the signed scope and acceptance criteria it's measured against.

1. Fully Functioning or Your Money Back

Your PMS will do everything we agreed it would do. If it doesn't and we can't make it right, you get your money back.

Before we start, we both sign a written scope listing what your PMS will do. If, within 90 days after go-live, any feature in that scope doesn't work as specified, tell us in writing. We then have 14 days to fix it. If we can't, we refund your full build price. "Fully functioning" is measured against the signed scope, not changes in preference or features added later.

2. Free Bug Fixes for a Full Year

For the first 12 months after launch, you never pay us to fix a bug. You shouldn't pay twice to make something work once.

For 12 months after go-live, we fix at no charge any defect where the system doesn't work as specified in your signed scope. This covers our code. It does not cover new features, changes to third-party services or APIs, or issues caused by changes made by someone other than us.

What makes these guarantees work

  • Before we start, we both sign a written scope with clear acceptance criteria. That's what "works as agreed" means.
  • Your team provides the data, access, and decisions we need on the dates we agree on.
  • Changes requested after signing are quoted separately and can move the launch date.
  • The build agreement controls. If anything on this page differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
